Fleet Town Football Club Renames its Home Ground

Stadium naming rights forms part of new three-year partnership with local Charity

4 October 2022 - Fleet, Hampshire, UK - Fleet Town Football Club (FTFC) today announced a three-year partnership with The Mustard Seed Autism Trust which sees its home ground renamed The Mustard Seed Stadium with immediate effect. The charity partnership is a clear signal from the club of its commitment to provide Pan Disability Football and further underline’s its pledge to support a broader part of the local community. The initial three-year partnership has been funded by Fleet Town’s new sponsor Elite Sports Marketing.

The Mustard Seed Autism Trust is a local charity supporting autistic children, their parents, careers and siblings. It provides therapy, specialist work, training, advice and resources for families in our community. The trust works directly with around 120 families per year and provides telephone and email support to a further 150 families.

Sarah Clements, founder of The Mustard Seed Autism Trust said: “As a small charity our service is dependent on the generosity of our community. This partnership is a perfect example of how we can all work together to make a significant difference to local families. We are very grateful to Fleet Town Football Club and Elite Sports Marketing for their amazing support.”

Fleet Town Football Club Chairman, Caroline Bone commented “We are all excited to welcome Mustard Seed to the club and look forward to building our relationship over the coming years. This new charity partnership really compliments the passion and commitment we have towards our community club status and our desire to provide pan disability football. The club is committed to help raise the profile of the charity through a variety of initiatives and fundraising events which we will announce in due course.”
