The Fleet Town Girls Wildcats took on their first tournament at Rushmoor community on Saturday.
Despite never playing a game against another team before and only playing matches in training the girls held their own and got a taste of the real game.
They played 8 matches against teams that varied in ability, some who have been playing together for a year. This didn’t phase them as they stuck together and gave 100% in every match.
The girls were a credit to themselves and should be extremely proud of how far they have come in such a small amount of time.
We can’t to see the further progression of these girls as they go into an U9 team next season!
